This year for Halloween we had a witch, a Cat in the Hat and a little Giraffe!  And the best part about the costumes is that I bought all of them at Goodwill for under $30!  (Well, I made the cats tie and gloves though out of some felt I had on hand!)

Conference is for Barbie dolls too!!!

 So, it was Conference last weekend and I wanted to print out some fun conference packets for the kids to do on sugardoodle.net  I came across a printable mini television set with the prophet talking on it.  Since my girls have been into playing barbies a lot, we printed it out and made them a TV so that they could watch conference as well!  Below are some silly pictures of our faces in the dollhouse.

Trevor is now 2!

 On Sept. 23rd, Trevor turned two years old!!!  Here he is blowing out his candles! 

(We had to light it twice because he blew the first ones out too soon! We wanted to sing to him first!)

We are getting a new church building!!!

 On Sept. 17th, 2011 we went to a historic event.  We went to the groundbreaking ceremony for the new L.D.S. church building they are going to build. It is A LOT closer to us than the one we attend now.  We are all very excited!  The building is scheduled to be all done next August!  Then, instead of taking 20 minutes to get to church, it will only be about 5 minutes!  Hooray!  Kaylee was invited to be one of the primary children to use a ground breaking shovel! (She is on the end in the picture above.)

Rain, Rain, Don't Go Away!

It has been raining lately and we were so excited to go out and enjoy it!  I think this is the first time Trevor has been in the rain actually!  Pathetic I know!  It only rains like 4 times a year here it seems like!  (The girls look like cute little flamingos!)

Swimming Pictures

 So, now that Summer is almost over, I've decided to post some pictures of the kids in the pool!

Our Ward Camping Trip

 We went to our ward camp-out on the first weekend of August.  Here are some pictures I got.  Above and below are the family (except for me of course!) in their sleeping bags after a cold night's rest!

 This is a pile of pine cones that the kids made.  Kaylee was complaining because she was bored and I told her to collect pine cones and make a big pile.  To my surprise she did it!

Kaylee's Haircut!

 Kaylee really wanted a short haircut.  I looked on Youtube to see if I could do it myself, but it looked too complicated. So we ended up going to my friend Kristin's house who was willing to cut her hair for FREE!  She did an awesome job on it too.  (--and she has never been to beauty school either!)

her hair gets every morning and that it is hard to take care of.

She loves it too, even though she does admit that it will take some getting used to!
